Joseph Chiarell

Joseph Chiarell is a seasoned Project Engineer and Mechanical Engineer with a passion for the green industry, particularly Solar and Energy Efficiency. With a bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from NJIT and an MBA in Business from Seton Hall, Joseph has managed various process projects across different sectors, from Power, Pharma, Refinery to Chemical industries.

Joseph is skilled at leading design teams that consist of engineers, cost control, purchasing, scheduling & construction. His role includes ensuring timely completion of assigned projects, meeting clients' needs, and specifications and overseeing the installation of high-efficiency equipment. Joseph incorporates sustainable elements into his projects, ensuring that they meet LEED criteria.

Joseph is an avid endorser of the Citizens' Climate Lobby (CCL) and has served as a Technical Advisor at NJ PACE. He has worked at several companies, including Air Products, HITACHI POWER SYSTEMS AMERICA, and RPMS Engineering as a Senior Project Engineer, Project Manager, and Project Engineering Manager. He has trained professionals, managed projects worth between $300K and $50M and demonstrates proficiency in using software such as MS Word, Excel, MS Project, Outlook, Schedule Plus, Prolog, and SAP.
