In this executive role, I was responsible for company restructuring, rightsizing and re-financing. Provided fresh vision, and hired new key leaders. Under my leadership, we were able to achieve first-ever EBITDA profitability and the best client contract renewal year in company history as well as expand markets and develop strategic partnerships culminating in a successful exit through the acquisition of PeraHealth by SpaceLabs Healthcare, a division of OSI Systems (NASDAQ OSIS).

PeraHealth: The Rothman Index

As a member of the Senior Executive team, I helped re-invent our business strategy and customer retention efforts, which included maintaining continuity through the COVID pandemic. I also led product roadmap and innovation strategy and drove analytics, research, reporting, algorithm development, platform redesign, and data science initiatives.

Chief Analytics Officer, SVP of Innovation 

Worked alongside the CEO on a $14 million capital raise in growth equity funding from Mainsail Partners. Led engagement with FDA to obtain the company's first 510k clearance of its products as medical devices; drove commercialization of new research bringing a translational medicine approach to bringing new capabilities from "bench-to-bedside"; and ensured operational alignment between research, product, marketing, client services, sales, and account teams.

Vice President of Informatics 

Supported total overhaul of company re-branding and product re-engineering while overseeing uninterrupted technical and clinical deployment of software solutions. Also served as corporate Compliance Officer in charge of corporate patient data privacy, security, and organizational HIPAA compliance and policies for safely managing millions of patient records across dozens of hospitals.

Vice President of Operations & Compliance 

I was hired to write the company's business plan and then led strategy, product and marketing to launch a new hospital patient early warnings technology - the Rothman Index. During this time, I was instrumental in raising Angel funding, closing initial sales revenue, managing technical and clinical implementations for major health systems, and successfully supporting the transformation of Rothman Healthcare to PeraHealth.
