Joseph Arnone

Joseph Arnone is a seasoned product development, operations, and business leader with expertise in delivering captivating product experiences to the connected consumer. With over 20 years of experience, Arnone has worked for both startups and established companies in various industries. He is currently the Sr Director, Hardware Systems Strategic Program Management at Tonal, where he leads product incubation practice within Jabil that strategically leverages a Tier 1 EMS for rapid prototype, NPI, and initial low volume manufacturing customer needs.

Before joining Tonal, Arnone worked as the Head of Incubation Center of Excellence/Radius COO at Jabil Inc/Radius Innovation & Development, where he helped customer teams navigate the tumultuous and complex product realization to manufacturing journey. He also served as the Head of Program Management & Chief of Staff at Nike, where he developed deep experience in the wearable computing market and smart wearable product offerings. Additionally, he worked at frog design, where he launched a new studio and frequently engaged with emotive connections that were key to making great product experiences and brand intangibles come to life.

Arnone possesses a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University and studied towards a Master of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at the University of Washington. He has a broad experience in IoT, consumer, medical, software, and defense industries, among others.
