Joseph Tolliver

Joseph Andre Tolliver, a retired individual who loved his career, has an impressive educational background in higher education administration and counseling.

He holds a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) and a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Higher Education Administration from Columbia University, as well as a Master of Science (M.S.) in College Student Mental Health Counseling and Advising from SUNY Plattsburgh. Additionally, he obtained a Bachelor's degree in American History from S.U.N.Y Plattsburgh.

Throughout his career, Joseph has held various important positions in prestigious institutions.
