With a passion for emerging technologies and their potential to drive change, Joseph has worked with over 40 companies through his market access consulting company, Growthfluence.

Before delving into the world of entrepreneurship, Joseph gained experience as a leadership assessments leader, banker, and enterprise sales professional. However, his love for early-stage companies led him to launch Growthfluence, where he provided guidance on go-to-market strategies and leveraged cutting-edge technologies for growth.

Recognizing the importance of a strong innovation ecosystem, Joseph created Venture Atom to connect innovators and entrepreneurs with various stakeholders, including governments, investors, incubators, accelerators, academia, researchers, deep tech startups, and innovation communities. Joseph's team at Venture Atom consists of deep tech enthusiasts, researchers, strategists, product leaders, engineers, creatives, and developers, working across offices in Chennai and San Francisco.

Joseph holds an MBA in International Business from ITM and a Bachelor's degree in Microbiology from Madras Christian College.
