SMG includes approximately 1,000 physicians and advanced practice clinicians in more than 115 primary care and specialty care clinics.

•	Designed, launched, and owned Smartsheet tool to sequence organization-wide communication initiatives that are sent out to 111,000 employees across 7 states in a highly matrixed organization
•	Operationalized and trained 14 teams in 5 states including a total of 70 team members
•	Operationalized strategic communication plan for population health social media resulting in a 500% increase of Twitter followers and the creation of a LinkedIn showcase page within 3 months

Accomplishments:
•	Spearheaded project to investigate patient experience scores in  22 departments of 2 hospitals (1 pediatric and 1 adult) of a national healthcare system with a 2 month timeline
•	Collaborated with system analyst team, executive leadership, nurse leadership, clinical staff, and patient experience team to identify key information and drive the project forward 
•	Collected, analyzed and translated quantitative data including HCAHPS, NDNQI, and employee engagement scores 
•	Delivered executive presentation proposing recommendations to increase patient experience 5-7% and therefore maximize revenue reimbursement under the value-based purchasing initiative for the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS)

•	Success with increasing sales 10% month-over-month for the South Florida territory resulted in a promotion over the largest territory, the Pacific Northwest, including 3 states and British Columbia 
•	Managed a book of business valued at $750,000 across 75 accounts including each hospital and healthcare system in territory, surgery centers, imaging centers, and physician practices
•	Managed 1 sales coordinator and ensured success of our team to hit weekly and monthly goals

Account executive responsible for strategic territory planning, business development, and increased sales volumes 

Accomplishments:
•	Managed a book of business valued at $250,000 across 50 accounts including each hospital and healthcare system in territory, surgery centers, imaging centers, and physician practices
•	Managed 1 sales coordinator and ensured success of our team to hit weekly and monthly goals
•	Led the strategic planning process for an undeveloped territory that had no account executive presence 
•	Created and executed on the business development plan leading to a 600% increase in sales from the territory within 1 year, averaging 10% month-over-month increases in sales
•	Managed the implementation of a cloud-based inventory system in a two hospital national healthcare system leading to their first successful Joint Commission inspection in the previous few years
•	Secured a system-wide agreement with supply chain of a 14 hospital system in the territory as the preferred vendor due to solution-based approach addressing the unique needs of different departments within each of these hospitals (Operating Rooms, Cardiac Catheterization Labs, Radiology, Interventional Radiology and Endoscopy departments)


The territory included all accounts south of Orlando and I worked with and expanded sales in the following healthcare systems:

HCA East and West Florida Divisions, Lee Memorial Health System, Jackson Health System, Baptist Health South Florida, Broward Health System, Martin Memorial Health System, Community Health Systems, Cleveland Clinic hospital, Naples Community Hospital, Sarasota Memorial hospital, Boca Raton Community Hospital, Veterans Affairs Hospital of Miami, Palm Beach, and Cape Coral, and Tenet affiliated facilities.

Account Executive, Southern Florida

Coordinated all aspects of inside sales including: direct customer sales, purchase order management, and production 

Accomplishments:
•	Success in this role led to account executive promotion within 4 months of start date
•	Consulted customers contacting corporate office with solutions and direct sales, performed cold-calls, and built account database for multiple territories across 4 states
•	Oversaw purchase order operations process, proactively resolved any order issues before and during production  maximizing order efficiency and driving increased customer satisfaction

•	Facilitated body of research focused on concept of Drift: when complex systems create deviations within daily processes and decisions that lead to adverse events impacting healthcare at both the organizational and patient level
•	Executed on the collection, analysis, and reporting of research applying “Drift” to healthcare resulting in the final work “Modeling Drift into Errors in Healthcare: A conceptual Framework” presented at the 23rd Conference of the Society of Medical Innovations and Technology
