Jose Munoz is a senior from Lamar University where he studied Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration, after having previously completed his Associate's Degree at Eastfield College. Munoz has dedicated his career to law enforcement, having been an Assistant Chief and Investigator within the Dallas County Marshal Department, Deputy Chief for Dallas County Constable Precinct 5, and detective for the Criminal Investigation Division of the Dallas County Hospital District Police Department. Munoz has also served as a Lieutenant Watch Commander and as the Security and Guest Services Manager for the Macerich Company.

Throughout his vast experience in the field, Munoz's expertise includes law enforcement, criminal investigation, and command of personnel. His skills span from leadership to customer service as well as a considerable interest in security and guest services.
