José Miguel Santos is a seasoned product manager with over five years of experience in e-commerce marketplaces. He has worked for major players like DoorDash and Google and played a crucial role in the development of new marketplaces, including Shopping Actions, a platform that enabled shoppers to buy directly through Google product results. At DoorDash, José was the first PM lead for DoorDash Storefront, where he spearheaded MVP development and launch.

José holds a Columbia MBA and an MSC in Computer Science, and his expertise includes agile development, cross-functional communication, category management, logistics optimization, and data-driven analysis. His experience in management consulting at McKinsey and abroad in North and South America, Europe, and Africa has helped him to hone his global perspective.

When he's not working on exciting product strategy projects, José enjoys spending time with his family, and he is eagerly anticipating becoming a dad for the first time in March.
