Jose Marques is a Civil Engineer with a focus on Commercial Management and Negotiation. Throughout his career, he has managed professionals in various areas including administration, finance, marketing, sales, and engineering, achieving solid and impressive results. He excelled as the Executive Director at Politec Incorporadora, overseeing the entire incorporation process from land acquisition negotiation to product definition, sales and marketing strategy development, construction planning, budgeting, revenue and expense scheduling, and receivables portfolio management. With a background in engineering and a keen interest in commercial management, he co-founded CGR Energia in 2018, leading a team of sales representatives to propel the company to a top position in the Distrito Federal within 2 years.
