Leadership at OAI

As Chair of the Board, Hernandez has been instrumental in developing OAI's new strategic plan that emphasizes outreach, diversity, and strengthening key partnerships.3 Under his leadership, OAI has received prestigious awards and achieved record numbers of applicants for its programs.3

Hernandez is also a member of OAI's Artistic Advisory Panels, which guide the institute's programs by assessing needs, determining curricula, judging auditions, and recommending faculty artists.4
