With over two decades of experience, Jose began his journey in the Apparel & Fashion sector at Quiksilver in 2007 and has held various key roles within the organization.

Starting from managing IT operations to becoming the Chief Operating Officer overseeing Supply Chain activities, Jose has showcased his versatility and leadership skills.

His contributions include successfully leading the SAP implementation from both IT and business perspectives, demonstrating his proficiency in strategic planning and execution.

Transitioning into a global integrated Business planning role, Jose eventually assumed the position of Chief Information Officer, directly reporting to the CEO.

Prior to his tenure at Quiksilver, Jose held pivotal IT management roles at Freescale Semiconductor and Motorola, illustrating his proficiency in handling IT infrastructure and data center operations.
