José Antonio Pérez Moral

José Antonio Pérez Moral is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in Telecommunication Engineering and Business Administration, having transitioned from working in aeronautical and electrical companies to founding and managing businesses in the Hospitality industry.

As the general manager and owner of CoverManager, José focuses on global sales management, booking solutions, and enhancing profitability for restaurants, food & beverage establishments, hotels, and clubs worldwide.

Under his leadership, CoverManager has expanded its reach to over 4,500 restaurants across 25 countries, particularly in Europe and Latin America. The platform caters to top-tier establishments, including seven of the World's 50 Best Restaurants, with over 100 Michelin Stars and serving more than 9 million covers per month.

José Antonio Pérez Moral holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Telecommunication, an MBA, and additional master's degrees in Pedagogical Skills and Electric Power Systems from esteemed institutions like the Universidad de Sevilla and Universidad Pablo de Olavide.
