José Capitán

José Antonio León Capitán is a seasoned professional with a strong background in communication, public affairs, and marketing within the automotive industry.

He holds an Executive MBA in Economics and Business Management from Instituto Internacional San Telmo, complemented by a degree in Industrial Engineering with specializations in Production Engineering and Energy Engineering from INSA Lyon and Organizational Industrial Engineering from the University of Seville.

With an extensive career history, José has held various key roles in communication and relations at Stellantis and its precursor Groupe PSA, serving as Director of Communication and Institutional Relations for the Iberia region.

His prior positions include Communication & Public Affairs Director for Groupe PSA in Spain & Portugal, Director of Communication at Peugeot España, Jefe de Prensa at Peugeot España, and other roles focusing on external relations, internal communication, marketing, and quality management.

José Antonio León Capitán has also gained experience through internships at Telefónica, engineering and production roles at Encasa, and an engineering internship at Groupe Renault, showcasing his versatile skill set and adaptability.
