Currently, he serves as the Director of HRIS for AIA group in Hong Kong, where he manages the group HR information systems, ensuring the best experience for employees by providing efficient and paperless HR operations, reliable data, and enhanced people insights leading to flexible and scalable solutions for future growth goals at optimal costs. Jose holds profound expertise in deploying HR cloud systems such as Workday, ServiceNow, Oracle Cloud HCM, IBM Watson, and RPAs (robot process automation).

He has previously worked for leading international companies such as Inditex, Netjets, Telefonica, AXA, and now AIA.
