Jose Alfaro is an experienced leader in the restaurant, hospitality, and catering industries, with a proven track record of building strong and sustainable business models. He studied Restaurant, Culinary, and Catering Management at Le Cordon Bleu Institute of Culinary Arts, as well as Pastoral Studies at The Mission School of Ministry. Mr. Alfaro has held various leadership positions, including CO.STARTERS' President and COO, Aloft Hotels' Task Force, Mission Chattanooga's General Manager, Sizzling Steak Concepts' Operations and Sales Manager, and Black Tie Staffing's Co-Founder. He has also worked at various hotels and resorts, such as Embassy Suites, DoubleTree by Hilton, and John Q. Hammons Hotels & Resorts in food and beverage management.
