He has served in various capacities such as Technical Services Manager at Digicel Group, IT Operations Manager at Opus International Consultants Limited, and Chief G5 at Land Operations Support Command.

Joris has a strong background in developing ICT strategy, forward planning, current technology knowledge, organizational skills, collaborative leadership, and engaging with key stakeholders.

His qualifications include an Executive Master of Security & Defence, Bachelor of Science in Telecommunications, PRINCE2 Foundation, CISCO Certified Network Administration, Microsoft Access Expert, and ITIL Foundation.
