Jorge Zepeda

Jorge Zepeda is an accomplished Strategic Critical Mission Planner with a wealth of experience in Program Management, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and Business Process Development. He received his education from Louisiana State University, where he studied Electrical Engineering, and later received his MBA in Business Administration from Columbus State University. He has worked for several major players in the tech industry, including HP, Dell Computers, and BOXX Technologies.

Throughout his career, Zepeda has established and managed Program Management Offices, defined project management processes, and implemented agile/scrum methodologies. He has led the worldwide establishment of critical testing standards and platform quality processes while developing PCB processes and BOM cost optimization. Known as a skillful problem solver, he also charted and established processes and protocols for 24/7 mission-critical support for cloud-based applications, unifying processes and overhauling current processes to new standards that expedited OEM and clients.

Zepeda's expertise extends beyond Project Management, as he has extensive experience in diverse internal organizations, such as software design, hardware engineering, manufacturing, project management, documentation, and field support, to implement targeted goals. He has also communicated new technology developments to executive management and facilitated synchronization between marketing, engineering, and development teams.
