With over 20 years of experience in M&A advisory services, he has facilitated significant investments by international energy companies in projects across Latin America. His expertise extends to strategic business consulting, negotiation, corporate finance, and financial restructuring.
Prior to his current roles, Jorge Neri Bonilla served as a Corporate and Finance Partner at JNF & Asociados for around 15 years, specializing in energy industry matters and Latin American markets. He also worked as a corporate associate at Hughes Hubbard & Reed LLP in New York for 4 years, focusing on corporate advisory and litigation.
Jorge holds a Bachelor's degree in Law from UCAB, a JD in Comparative Jurisprudence from New York University, postgraduate studies in Business Management from NYU Stern School of Business, and a Negotiation Certificate from the University of Oxford. He is a licensed attorney at law in the state of New York, admitted to the New York Bar.
