Jorge Colon is an executive recruiter and leader with two decades of global HR and executive search experience under his belt. He has a wealth of expertise in recruiting top-level professionals in pharma, life sciences, financial services, and CPG industries with particular strengths in analytics, RPA, ML, cloud, and SaaS. Among his other skills are team and program management, recruitment reporting, diversity recruitment, process improvement, and knowledge of all aspects of executive compensation, offer generation, and stakeholder management.
