Jorge Basora

Jorge Basora is the Senior Director of Architecture & Construction for the Caribbean and Latin America (CALA) region at Hilton, where he manages a diverse portfolio of over 100 projects spanning 16 brands in Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean.

With a career spanning over 30 years, Mr. Basora is a highly experienced architect specializing in hospitality, mixed-use projects, and corporate headquarters.

He is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese, a registered architect in Texas and Florida, and an esteemed member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) since 1995.

Mr. Basora is known for his leadership skills, team management expertise, and a keen eye for design excellence, fostering strong owner relationships, interdisciplinary collaboration, and effective problem-solving.

His educational background includes studies in Architecture in Vicenza, Italy, Environmental Design at the University of Puerto Rico, and Advanced Studies in the Master of Architecture programs at Florida International University and The University of Texas at Arlington.
