Jorge Avila is a highly qualified and experienced project manager with expertise in Scrum, Agile Project Management, Lean Thinking, and Vendor Negotiation. He holds several certifications, including PMP, ACP, CMS, and ITILv4. Passionate about meeting customer needs and improving services, Jorge takes a full life-cycle approach that adds strategic value to any project. He is skilled in team building and change management and has extensive experience in Web and e-Commerce development and EDP/Internal Auditing and Control processes.

Jorge has worked with several prominent organizations, including serving as Tech Sargent of California State Guard and Project Director at California Office of Technology Services. He has also served as President of Tech Latinos (LISTA) and GovHacker Evangelist at LISTA Nor Cal TechLatino Council. Currently, he holds the position of Board of Director Vice President - Volunteers at PMI-Sacramento Valley Chapter.
