My task was to strengthen the online position of De'Longhi, through a strategic SEO analysis that was implemented internationally. Furthermore I created a stronger "e-vibe" within the marketing team and was involved in several new product launches.

Jointly responsible for the support to the content team through Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Content- and Customer Journey optimization during the migration of the new website.

I have done research into the optimization of the eCommerce department work processes. To do so we translated marketing and sales related campaigns into commercial web content. This included the creation of a stronger “e-vibe” within the eCommerce team, by providing Marketing & Sales training (e-vibe: inspiration) and Formula training (e-vibe: play2win).
