Jordan Wexler is a seasoned serial entrepreneur with a strong focus on innovative problem-solving, strategic planning, and successful execution.

As the CEO of EarlyBird, a fintech mobile app, Jordan spearheads the development of custodial accounts for children, allowing friends and family to invest in the children's future through an all-in-one robo-advisor platform.

Previously, Jordan served as the COO of Agility.IO, overseeing a 230-person team across three international offices, specializing in software development for startups and enterprises.

His entrepreneurial journey began with SucceedOverseas in Qingdao, China, advising Chinese companies expanding into the American market, ultimately leading to acquisition by Chiway Education Investment Co.,Ltd..

In 2014, Jordan founded SocialSway, a creative technology consulting firm in NYC and Shanghai, assisting non-profits and social ventures with branding and digital development.

With a background in education and criminal justice reform, Jordan co-launched Recovery Through Entrepreneurship (RTE) with Dr. Harry K. Wexler to empower ex-felons with digital literacy and entrepreneurial skills for sustainable career opportunities.

Jordan's academic foundation includes studies at Saint Ann's and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Sociology from Occidental College.
