Jordan Schwartz is a versatile attorney and business executive with a strong track record of supporting technology companies in every facet of their growth. With a Juris Doctor from Columbia Law School and a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy, Political Science, and Financial Management from Binghamton University, Jordan has a diverse educational background that informs his legal and business practice. Jordan has worked in multiple legal and leadership positions, including serving as Commercial Transactions & Product Counsel at Tech Law, General Counsel & Vice President at Meta Co., and Associate at JONES DAY®, and Law Clerk at U.S. District Courts. In these roles, he has negotiated and drafted technology-related transactions and licenses, advised engineering, product, and marketing teams on development, sales, and IP matters, cultivated and structured business development opportunities, arranged and closed equity and debt financing, and worked with management, operations, and finance teams to shape and manage internal processes and policies.
