Jordan Rood

Jordan Rood is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Seattle University School of Law, where he earned his Doctor of Law (J.D.). He also holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) in History from Western Washington University and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Business Administration and History from the University of Washington. Jordan is currently an Associate Attorney at the law firm of McNaul Ebel Nawrot & Helgren PLLC, where he advises a diverse range of clients on complex business and securities matters. Prior to joining the firm, Jordan served as an Associate General Counsel at the Washington State Department of Financial Institutions - Securities Division, where he gained extensive experience in corporate governance, securities law, and regulatory compliance. Jordan has also held legal intern positions at the Allen Institute of Brain Science and Insightful Corporation.
