Jordan Rickard

Jordan Rickard is a strategic thinker and excellent communicator with a passion for helping people and organizations become more effective, creative, and sustainable. With a background in Theology and Organizational Change, Jordan has honed his skills through a diverse range of roles in various organizations. He has a BA in Theology from Asbury University, a Certificate in Learning and Organizational Change from Northwestern University, and an MA in Theology from The Seattle School of Theology & Psychology.

In his professional journey, Jordan has held key positions such as Senior Solutions Consultant at TiER1 Performance Solutions, Director of Development at HFS Chicago Scholars, Senior Major Gifts Officer at Concern Worldwide, and Associate Director of Mission Advancement at YMCA of Metropolitan Chicago, among others. With experience as a Consultant, Community Developer, and Program Assistant, Jordan has a versatile skill set that enables him to lead, collaborate, and positively influence colleagues and clients.
