With a background in Business Administration and Management, Jordan obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Western Governors University.

Throughout his career, Jordan has held various managerial positions at notable organizations, including SSCS, Inc., ON24, Raley's, Samba TV, Cloudflare, Inc., Rackspace, Sutter Health, ManTech, Lockheed Martin, M.C. Dean, Inc., and Wesleyan College.

Jordan's expertise spans across IT management, site reliability engineering, enterprise Linux, knowledge management, systems architecture, and network administration, with experience in both corporate and military settings.
