Led Product and Design teams for the Beenest short term housing platform. Launched blockchain protocols for escrow and rental services with an engineering team of 8 engineers and designers.

Enterprise Products (Product Manager):
o	Recruiting Products: Guided a team of 10 engineers, data analysts, and designers to launch high priority projects focused on scaling the company from 1K hires/year to 8K hires/year from a candidate pool of 300K+ candidates.

o	Performance Management Platform: Led the transformation of the semiannual performance review tool into a platform for employee evaluation. Worked extensively with leadership, design, and engineering teams to develop a one-stop shop for reviews, metrics, insights, and analysis for the entire company (15K employees). 

o	Mobile Interview Bot: Drove the development of a messaging bot that provided interviewers a convenient way to send and receive candidate information via mobile. Launched to a population of 10K interviewers. 500+ eng hours saved/year with a 97% adoption rate of all interviewers.

o	Life@ Benefits Platform: Headed the development of an intuitive benefits platform to employee base of 15K. Implemented meta-tag search indexing and platform advertising to drive usage to 1k weekly actives. 

o	Candidate Scheduling Portal: Led development of a portal that allowed candidates to instantly book an interview according to their own schedule, eliminating scheduling delays and reducing time to hire by 10%. 

o	Employee Outreach Tool: Launched a tool to scale employee recruitment of candidates. Raised candidate response rates from 10% to 26%.

Product Manager

o	Payments Growth: Launched several A/B tests on credential and payment growth features. Performed analyses and constructed data ETL pipelines responsible for $20M in recovered revenue. 

o	Chargeback Representments: Led the initiative to build Facebook’s first chargeback dispute department from the ground up. Worked with payments industry partners, operations, and data teams to create a steamlined system, reducing manual workload by 95%.

o	Payment Fraud/Payer Churn Modeling - Built payment models from the ground up, working on everything from data labeling, scripting logistic regressions, to refinement of models based on ROC curves.

Data Analyst

•	Responsible for the risk operations of a multimillion dollar startup. 

•	Developed rule-based and regression models to maintain the chargeback rate to below %1, saving the company $25,000/month in fees and penalties.

•	Received Gold Star award for extensive analysis on fraud investigations, outlining risk/benefit, total loss and process recommendations to preventing future fraud. 

•	Composed business design requirements for new fraud-related systems such as order information pages, mass user actions, and user activity auditing.

•	Led customer service and engineering teams to expedite the resolution of various customer problems ranging from user interface issues to errors in payment processing

IMVU

Lead - Risk Analytics

Developed an automated search program that assisted in the analysis of chargeback issues. Program increased team efficiency by 8-10%, saving the organization $60,000-80,000/year.

Managed merchant collection processes for the Checkout organization.

Worked together with Finance, Engineering and Product teams to drive change and provide analytical support to business teams.

Used Access, SQL, and Excel extensively to analyze revenue trends, assess team metrics, and develop financial models.

Created recommendations for revenue pricing based on a database of over 100,000 records over a variety of variables and constraints.

Payment Operations

•	Refactored large parts of the code base, saving significant amounts of crucial on-board memory for FDA-compliant medical devices.  

•	Developed an interactive database of system problems, reducing a 4 hour process into 10 minutes.  

•	Communicated with engineers regarding customer comments and concerns, correspondingly developing action plans and customized solutions. 

•	Investigated, assessed, and troubleshot technical issues and software problems.
