Jordan Monson

Jordan Monson is a seasoned design leader specializing in creating meaningful customer experiences that make life better. With expertise spanning across various customer engagement channels, including physical, digital, voice, and other realities, Jordan has spent his career building innovative solutions to solve complex problems in many industries, such as healthcare, retail, manufacturing, banking, and finance, to name a few.

With a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design from Indiana Wesleyan University, he has held various leadership positions in design, including Director of User Experience at Safelite AutoGlass and Director of User Experience & Design at g2o. He was also the Co-Founder of P3 Cars, an interactive art director at Northlich, and a senior Interactive Designer at GSW Advertising (Blue Diesel). Jordan is well-versed in building teams and establishing an environment conducive to strategic thinking, continuous learning, and accelerated execution.

Apart from his professional work, Jordan is a creative person with a passion for emerging technologies and interactive experiences. He has a woodshop in his garage and a design studio at home. He loves learning, as it helps him identify and understand what's next to envision the future.
