Jordan is adept at root cause analysis, Agile methodologies, leadership, mentorship, and team building, with a proven track record of delivering outcomes with intricate distributed dependencies.

Education-wise, Jordan holds a High School Diploma from Medford High School, a BSBA in Information Technology from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, and additional certifications in SaltStack, Python Programming, Red Hat System Administration, and Vistaprint Manager Development Program.

In terms of professional experience, Jordan has held various roles at Vistaprint, such as Principal Site Reliability Engineer, Squad Lead - Web Platform, Engineer - Tech Backbone Dev, Team Lead - Systems Engineering, Principal Systems Engineer, Sr. Lead Systems Engineer, Lead Systems Engineer, and Systems Engineer.

Prior to Vistaprint, Jordan worked as a Systems Administrator at IT4, Inc. (formerly Axis Microsystems, Inc.). Currently, Jordan serves as the Focus Area Lead at Cimpress Technology's Cloud Center of Excellence.
