Jordan Fishfeld

Jordan Fishfeld is the Co-founder and CEO of CFX Markets, a revolutionary online trading platform focusing on non-public investments. With offices in Chicago, New York, and California, CFX Markets has garnered substantial venture backing.

An early pioneer in crowdfunding, Fishfeld has actively contributed to the development of online capital and crowdfunding regulations at both state and federal levels. He serves as the Treasurer of the Crowdfunding Professional Association (CfPA), advocating for the industry and promoting awareness.

Fishfeld extends his involvement to community initiatives, serving as a board member of the young professional real estate division at the Jewish United Fund and UpStart, an accelerator in San Francisco dedicated to Jewish engagement and innovation. His dedication to the Jewish Community has been recognized, as he was selected as one of Jewish Community's '36 under 36' by Oy Chicago and the Young Leadership Division of the JUF.

Before his current roles, Fishfeld honed his expertise as a finance attorney at Katten Muchin Rosenman, LLP, contributing to syndicated loan transactions worth over $1 billion.

Fishfeld holds an extensive educational background, including a JD in Law and a Masters in Business specializing in Finance from the University of Miami, along with a BA/BS in Marketing/Political Science from the University of Florida.

Throughout his career, Fishfeld has been associated with various organizations, holding roles such as General Counsel and Partner at CoreGro, General Counsel and Executive Vice President at Prosperity Farm, and Founder of Openfinance, among others.
