As a distinguished technologist at Philips, Joost possesses expert knowledge in employee experience platforms, cloud-based collaboration solutions, and social enterprise technologies. He oversees Digital Workplace projects for Philips Global IT.

Joost's specialties include a diverse set of IT solutions, such as Microsoft 365 (including Microsoft Viva, Teams, Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive), Zoom, Google Workspace, Facebook @ Work, Microsoft Yammer, Microsoft Stream, Kaltura, Brightcove, Google and Microsoft Enterprise Search, Intranets, Identity and Access Management, SSO and provisioning (SAML, Azure AD, PingFederate), Mobile Device Management (Intune), SAP technology, Service Management, Project Management, Records Management, as well as fundamental IT aspects like switching, routing, wireless technologies, bandwidth management, and voice over IP.

He holds an M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from Technische Universiteit Eindhoven and has completed programs like the Lead Enterprise Architect Program from Microsoft (LEAP), the Inspire Leadership Development Program at Ashridge Business School, and studied at GSW.

Currently, Joost serves as the Lead Architect Workplace at Philips, where he leads initiatives to drive innovation and efficiency in IT services.
