Jonny led, grew and the developed the largest and most rapidly expanding design department at Media Monks, boasting a team of over 30+ individuals.

As an advocate of system-driven design complemented by inherent craftsmanship, Jonny played a pivotal role in elevating the standard of brand thinking across the entire team. He dedicated himself to nurturing, guiding, and supervising a diverse pool of international talent, whilst shaping new structures, implementing best practices, and innovative ways of working, all in the relentless pursuit of creative excellence.

As a leader of the brand design team, I also provided guidance to freelance talent on a wide spectrum of clients, whilst helping to transform the quality of work, fostering a creative culture, and nurturing a sense of community within the studio. Established my own brand design company in Dubai during the midst of the last recession.

These were the most invaluable and enlightening years of my career, during which I refined my skills in brand design, craftsmanship, and processes. I had the privilege of learning and absorbing a wealth of knowledge from industry-leading designers, animators, and talents. I played an integral role within the broadcast team and collaborated closely with the Creative Director on numerous prestigious, long-form projects and productions.
