Jonni Niemann

Jonni Niemann is a seasoned professional who has had an extensive and diverse career history. With over five years of sales development experience in the telecom and monitoring industries in Israel, Jonni has a proven track record of closing deals worth $4 million per year. He is also an expert in knowledge management, having designed, developed, and managed Microsoft SharePoint platforms for globally dispersed teams and departments operating in over 70 countries.

Jonni's passion, however, lies in helping professional Olim connect with and thrive within Israel's booming tech ecosystem. As a program manager at Gvahim Tech Heights, Jonni has helped over 500 professional Olim land their dream jobs, and he has built two successful career development programs from scratch. Jonni leverages his extensive network of new and veteran highly skilled immigrants, recruiters from Israel's top companies, and major players in the startup world to help Olim succeed professionally and contribute to Israel's economy and society.

In addition to his career accomplishments, Jonni has an impressive academic background, having studied social science and business administration at Roskilde Universitetscenter, and going on to earn a Master's in Strategy, Organisation, and Leadership, Business Economics from Copenhagen Business School. He also studied Business Management as an exchange student at Tel Aviv University.
