Jóni has a strong track record of recruiting top talent for renowned brands like Farfetch, Microsoft, and Nintendo in the tech industry. He is certified by Social Talent as a Black Belt in Internet and Tech Recruitment.

Currently, Jóni serves as the Head of People Operations in Portugal at Equal Experts and has held various roles in prominent organizations like Farfetch, Teleperformance Portugal, Michael Page International, and F3M Information Systems.
