Joni Reicher

Joni Reicher is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in human resources, employment counsel, and people operations. She holds a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from the University of San Francisco, where she honed her legal expertise. Joni also holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Management, Business Administration, and Management from the University of Oregon, where she learned critical management and business skills.

Joni has an impressive background working for top of the line companies such as Apple, Mesosphere Inc., Airbnb, and Agilent technologies. In these companies, she served in different senior roles, such as Chief People Officer, Senior Director, and Vice President People, among others.

Joni is known for her exceptional leadership qualities, exemplary communication skills, and the ability to build and manage diverse teams. She has vast experience in creating and implementing employee initiatives and programs that enhance employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction.

Outside of her professional life, Joni takes a break to enjoy her family and friends. She is also a consultant and advisor in people operations and employee experience at Joni B Reicher Consulting.
