Jonathan Wolter is a seasoned financial executive and a partner at FLG Partners, where he has been involved since 2004. With over 45 years of experience in finance and operations, he specializes in interim CFO staffing and financial consulting for boards and C-suite executives. His expertise includes raising equity and debt in various markets, building financial reporting systems, and managing acquisitions and high-growth organizations.1

Currently, he serves as the Chief Financial Officer for Kyverna Therapeutics, Inc., focusing on innovative T-cell therapies for autoimmune diseases. Additionally, he advises a public life sciences company and a private SaaS technology firm on technical accounting and audit-related matters.
