Worked with Supervisor in developing long-term story scheduling & casting, and maintained these reports and documents. Updated Story Initiative master calendar/schedule & set up all meetings/events/screenings, etc.  Gave studio-casting input.
Notified artists of upcoming meetings, drive-bys and approvals. Attended all check-ins/pitches with artists.
Coordinated the Story Initiative program to ensure consistency and seamless program. Supported Director and Head of Story, trainees, and production staff. Ensured that all presentation boards were pinned and approved in a timely manner. Took notes during story pitches, check-ins, brainstorm meetings and distributed to appropriate people.
Acted as liaison between story trainees and production management. Facilitated events for trainees to be assimilated in the studio culture.
