Jonathan Tokiwa

Jonathan Tokiwa is a passionate individual with a diverse background in real estate, finance, and business. He discovered his love for real estate during his time at the Ivey School of Business, where he focused on finance. Jonathan has a strong connection to Toronto and has successfully integrated his interests into his professional endeavors. He is continuously expanding his expertise, evident in his achievements such as passing the CFA Level 1 Exam and obtaining the Financial Modelling and Valuation Analyst Certification from the CFI in Vancouver. As a licensed sales representative, he has gained experience at various organizations, including Riocan Real Estate Investment Trust and a Toronto-based Asset Management startup. Beyond his real estate career, Jonathan has also ventured into the entertainment industry as a lacrosse stunt-double in The Grizzlies movie. Being a proud Torontonian, he actively follows Toronto sports and engages in hobbies like scuba diving, hockey, and skiing.
