He holds a LEED Accredited Professional certification and is an alumnus of NYU Real Estate Schack.

Jonathan has expertise in distressed real estate, debt groups, CMBS, CDO professionals groups, and is a member of the US Green Building Council.

His specialties include portfolio and asset management, CMBS workouts, surveillance, loan sales, underwriting using Argus & Excel, and REO management.

Jonathan Russo has a solid educational foundation, having studied at Scarsdale Senior High School, Syracuse University, Cornell University, and obtaining a Master of Science in Real Estate Finance from New York University.
