Jonathan Runes is a seasoned professional currently holding the position of Sr. Director, Engineering at OneCause, a reputable fundraising software company. With a strong background in project management, agile software development, and cloud infrastructure, Runes plays a crucial role in helping OneCause achieve its noble mission of assisting fundraisers in reaching their goals. Prior to rejoining OneCause, he co-founded Plat and served as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of the organization. Plat specialized in creating solutions to streamline meal and entertainment expenses for organizations while reducing friction and risk. Runes has also amassed experience in the mobile sales force automation sector, concentrating on the medical device and life sciences domains. Over the course of his career, he has taken on various key roles such as engineer, team lead, project manager, department manager, director, and CTO. His extensive engineering expertise and unwavering dedication to prioritizing customer needs have enabled him to engage effectively with end users, field representatives, technical infrastructure, technology resources, and corporate management and executives.
