Jonathan Reed is a field producer and digital reporter with a passion for technology, startup culture, and policy. He has covered topics such as the California economy, Bay Area politics, and transportation planning, education strategy, as well as affordable housing. His background includes a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Political Science with a concentration in Urban Policy from Yale University.

Reed's professional experience includes roles such as Breaking News Producer and Economics/Markets Reporter at CNBC, News Desk Producer at NBCUniversal Media, LLC, and City Editor and Economic Development/Urban Planning Beat Reporter for the Yale Daily News.
