Jonathan Overly
Regional Alternative Fuels Leader
Jonathan Overly is the Executive Director of the East Tennessee Clean Fuels Coalition (ETCleanFuels), an organization he founded in 2001. Based in Knoxville, Tennessee, Overly's work focuses on promoting the use of alternative fuels and advanced vehicle technologies to support cleaner transportation options. He has been instrumental in educating communities about alternatives to traditional fossil fuels and assisting with funding opportunities for clean energy initiatives.12

Under Overly's leadership, ETCleanFuels has launched several key initiatives, including:
- Drive Electric TN: A statewide effort to promote electric vehicles.
