Jonathan Norris is a seasoned executive with a proven track record in leading Human Resource and revenue/customer facing teams.

He holds an MBA in Business with a focus on Human Resource Management from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelors in Music Business from Belmont University.

Jonathan has served in various roles at the Nashville Symphony including VP of Development, VP of Revenue, VP of Human Resources with SPHR certification, Human Resources Director with SPHR certification, and held roles at the Nashville Predators & Powers Management as Human Resources Coordinator, Human Resource and Finance Coordinator, and Financial Projects Coordinator.

His professional journey also includes positions as Business Manager at The Land Trust for Tennessee, Marketing (Product) Manager at Whistler's Entertainment Group (WEG), and A&R at Pioneer Electronics/ Pioneer Music Group.
