As a founding partner of NED Solutions, Jonathan offers flexible resources as a mentor, non-executive director, or part-time executive director to drive growth and bring quality management to company boards.

Jonathan's educational background includes studies in accountancy, taxation, succession planning, and a Bachelor of Law (LLB) with Honors from Queen Mary College, University of London.

He is a Fellow at the Institute of Financial Accountants, the Association of Cost and Executive Accountants, the Federation of Tax Advisers, the Association of International Accountants, and the Association of Accounting Technicians.

Additionally, Jonathan is a member of the Institute of Professional Willwriters.
