Jonathan Minnen

Jonathan Minnen is a highly-experienced partner in the legal profession. He practices at Smith, Gambrell & Russell, LLP (SGR) with an extensive background in various domestic and international business transactions. His involvement in mergers and acquisitions, as well as ongoing transactional matters, ranges from small start-ups to large publicly traded enterprises in various industries, including healthcare, manufacturing, and robotics. Mr. Minnen is based in Atlanta and New York City, where he works with clients as their outside general counsel in managing their legal portfolios. As part of his commitment to business growth, he spearheads the Israeli Initiative program, which supports Israeli companies in expanding their presence in the United States. Mr. Minnen holds a Doctor of Law degree from the Emory University School of Law and brings his business background to his legal practice.
