Jonathan S. Lock

Jonathan Lock is a highly accomplished professional with an impressive educational background. He earned his MBA and JD from Northwestern University, where he also completed his BS in Biomedical Engineering. Lock has held several leadership roles throughout his career, including as the VP of Corporate Development and Investor Relations at The Chemours Company and as the former VP of Strategy and Investor Relations at Suncoke Energy. Prior to these positions, he worked as an Associate at Kirkland & Ellis LLP, in addition to several other managerial and associate roles at companies such as Mead Johnson Nutrition, Marakon, and Accenture Technology Labs.

With a wealth of experience in corporate development, investor relations, strategy, and law, Lock is a highly respected figure in the business world. In his previous roles, he has demonstrated a strong ability to manage complex deals, build relationships with key stakeholders, and provide strategic guidance to senior leaders.
