I was tasked with creating plans to drive end-user adoption and worked on full business value analysis programs. I maintained relationships with stakeholders at all levels with these clients and was passionate about providing a world-class expereince. My mindset was focused on helping customers grow in all aspects of our partnership ie relationships, integrations, product offers, services, and expansion within other business units. As Axonify's Opportunity Development Manager, I had the phenomenal opportunity to introduce the world's first Microlearning Platform to potential customers. I worked closely with the executive team during a rapid period of growth and assisted in building a revenue model that was repeatable and predictable.   The team managed inbound and outbound demand generation programs and scaled from 3 to 10 representatives. These programs drove pipeline development for the enterprise sales team in North America and VARs Internationally. I was responsible for hiring, onboarding, coaching, and monitoring overall team performance metrics. In this position, I worked extensively with our marketing department and other cross-functional teams.

As an international intern I assisted in coordinating leasing space in Grade A Office Buildings in Hong Hong’s Central district as well as Shanghai ‘s Pudong Lujiazui district. In my role I focused on client engagement, market research, and strategic planning for new and existing property development projects.

JDC Central is a three day event that showcases academic competitions, athletic challenge, and social competition, as well as charity initiative. Jeux Du Commerce has witnessed tremendous success since its inception in Quebec in 1989. It has become a prestigious annual event that brings together over 1200 of Canada's top business students. As an Entrepreneur Delegate I solved complex business problems, offering recommendations and implementations strategies. I organized weekly meetings and ensured assigned duties were completed on time. As well I strengthened my analytical reading and writing skills, presentation, time management and problem solving skills.

Kawartha Family Business Group is a growing community of local Family Businesses and Advisors who are working together to better understand how family businesses grow and connect.As an intern I worked independently gathering and compiling information about local family businesses in Peterborough and surrounding areas. I created quarterly newsletters for members as well as for attracting new family businesses to the group. I demonstrated effective time management skills to meet project deadlines. As well I built relationships with prominent local business owners and advisors to network and collaborate.
