Currently working to develop and expand our core brand, Call A Doctor Plus, an innovative new Digital Health program that combines Telemedicine with other industry-leading services to provide a substantially better way for people to get the care they need, all from the comfort and convenience of their phone or computer.  

Daily activities include business strategy and analysis, sales training and support, marketing support, product and partner integration, rep support, new client onboarding, member training and retention, strategic partner development and enough other things to make my head spin on a daily basis!

Worked directly with CEO and other Directors to determine and execute the overall strategy of the Company.  During my time with Experts Exchange, I grew top-line revenue for the company 3X while being directly or indirectly responsible for Conversion Rate Optimization, Business Development, SEO, Analytics, Email Marketing, Social Media, Customer Service, Sales, Member Retention, Digital Strategy, and Brand Development.

Cut my teeth in both B to B sales and online marketing at The Parable Group.  In my time at Parable, I was responsible for running their website, Parable.com, including email marketing, PPC Advertising, advertising sales, product placement and promotions.  While doing this, I also sold spaces in our catalogs and print marketing for Music and DVDs, regularly over-selling my goals, even in an declining segment (thanks iTunes!) of a declining market (thanks interwebs!).

If you want to learn how to sell, be comfortable with people and deliver customer service, work in the service industry.  I worked at Mission Grill during my time in College performing tasks ranging from buss boy, expediter, bartender, server and manager.  It helped pay for my college experience, gave me the flexible hours that I needed and allowed me to hone my sales ability.
