Jonathan Gerstner is an experienced business professional with a wealth of expertise in training management, organizational development, instructional design, coaching, and facilitation. With extensive experience in inspiring, educating and coaching individuals towards success, Gerstner has harnessed his skills in learning and development management, training and managing trainers, public speaking and facilitation, transformative organizational development and change management, and effective design and development of performance-based training courses on the CRI model. Gerstner's career spans across various prestigious organizations, including SDG Group, Yucatan International Academy, Creation Church of Chandler, AZ, CIBER, ASHP, and American Society for Training and Development, where he served as the Area Manager for the Eastern United States and Puerto Rico. With a Ph.D. and M.A. from the University of Chicago, Gerstner is well-prepared to offer world-class facilitation, performance-based managing and coaching, as well as cross-cultural global perspective consulting using the CRI model.
